Locul si rolul normelor sociale în administrarea si structurarea relatiilor sociale
Abstract: This article points out the idea that the origin of social norms is determined by social needs and it is presented under two aspects: socio-historic and constructive-systematic. The article reflects also the steps of normative cycle and it is studied the correlation problem between administration objectives and social norms. The author characterizes the normative institutional and non-institutional administration, mentioning the need of their realization in common in order to get over the state of chaos that exists in the society nowadays at the same time, the author focuses the social norms as mechanism of social control, especially the role of judicial norms in the structure and establishment of social being.

Cultura si tipuri de valori in familie. perspective teoretice
Abstract: This paper proposes a theoretical approach of nature of values, definitions and of different classification of general values. Are presented Rockeach’s, Hofstede’s and Schwartz’s theories who propose each one different type of values: terminal and instrumental values or conservationism/autonomy, equality/hierarchy, mastery/harmony. The values are important because is main component of parents personality. That is good to know the place and the role of values for family culture and the role in education of children.

Determinarea riscurilor si amenintarilor la adresa securitatii nationale a Republicii Moldova
Abstract: Many centuries „the security” represented the most important preoccupation of a one political entity, taking about an empire, a kingdom or a state-nation. From foreign studies about the security to the Conception of the national security of the Republic of Moldova, this concept supported and supports a variety of definitions. But we will mention the fact that with reference at the notion of security there are concepts as: threatening, risk and danger. The diversity of the sources’ insecurity of a one state has various forms of occurrence, and between them it is hard to make a clear distinction. That is why the present study proposes for itself to identify parameters of impact of foreseeable effects (in economical, financial, political, social, cultural and military plan) on the national security of the Republic of Moldova.

Dialogul bilateral crestino-iudaic. accente si perspective
Abstract: The changing of the paradigm that has occurred in the last century allows us to speak about the inter religious dialogue between the great religions of the world and, especially, the monotheistic religions, that have many things in common. In what regards the Christian Jewish dialogue, some important steps were noticed: the tendency of Christianity to be more opened towards the Judaism by abandoning the injuries and the common accuses, preparing the interreligious dialogue and the taking place of this dialogue with the up mentioned results that enables the approach between these two religions.

Educatie interculturala prin strategia limitei absurde
Abstract: One of the definitory characteristics of the didactic strategy is it's logical structure. According to this cryteria, the didactic strategies were classified into: inductive, deductive, analogycal and transductive ones. This paper sets it's goal in presenting an innovative strategy, which I callled "The Absurd Limit Strategy" as it involves a structure of reasoning analogycal to the "demonstration by abridgement to absurd". This strategical demarche is applicable in values education. Considering that interculturality is a manifesting form of the contemporany ethos, through which one transmits a set of ethical values requested by our world, that tends toward globalisation - tolerance, solidarity, comprehension, peace, pluralism, so on - the Absurd Limit Strategy can be used in Intercultural Education.

Cultura ca obiectiv al „Programului de vecinatate Republica Moldova – Romania”
Abstract: I have tried in this study to present succinctly the importance of cultural factors. I have underlined the role of culture in contemporary society, showing through this the priority of cultural identity as opposed to national identity. The existence of a series of scientific work and periodicals, cultural foundations, legal acts that describe cultural collaboration with other states, etc., have made this article possible. A study is proposed to promote cultural dialogue, without taking account of geopolitical interests, economics, etc., in this way showing the contribution of culture to the process of Euro-integration. The actual role of artists, writers, painters, musicians, artistic people, is to rediscover their identity in Europe through what they do. The reason they are considered the “message bearers” of Euro-integration through culture, culture becoming one of the most important parts of a free collaboration between all the countries in Europe.

Abstarct: The intercultural education is addresses to all students and search to open the sensibility, the respects and the diversity, the tolerance and solidarity. He corresponded to a new ideology option and politics who far away by the absence of the clear choice in the systems of values make this options for prepared the futures citizens for a new harmonious life in the multicultural society.

Perspective interculturale ale educatiei incluzive
Abstract : Perfectibilitatea mediului educativ este o condiţie a prori a procesului educativ. Crearea de oportunităţi pentru fiecare elev din clasă este un scop pe care trebuie să-l urmărească în permanenţă toţi cei angrenaţi în procesul educaţional: învăţători, profesori, psihopedagogi, psihologi, părinţi, etc. Nu putem afirma că pedagogia a găsit prin incluziune cea mai bună soluţie pentru copiii cu cerinţe educative speciale. Ea doar a încercat să ofere o variantă de rezolvare a unei categorii de probleme ce pot apare în clasă. Educaţia interculturală vizează o abordare pedagogică a diferenţelor culturale, strategie prin care se iau în considerare specificităţi spirituale sau de alt gen. Ea are un rol pozitiv şi crucial în întronarea justeţei şi egalităţii. Tocmai de aceea cele două perspective educaţionale (interculturală şi incluzivă) sunt interdependente.

Abstract: This study focuses on the inter-dependency between intercultural and inclusive education, emphasising their common purpose: social integration of CES persons (by CES understanding all the students that, by any reason, can’t beneffit of education: students with disabilities, ethnical minorities, immigrants, etc.).

Dezvoltarea coeziunii grupului de elevi prin intermediul stilurilor manageriale
Abstract: The pupils grup, who´s developing an eficient social organization, caracterized by a flexible leadership structure, division of the tasks and delegation of the responsibilities, optimal informational and communication systems, is manifesting an flexible advantage in the organizational and social environment. The groups culture and the organization of the forming processes, represent the key of the developmental success at the personality level of each pupil.

Evaluarea formativa în educatia interculturala
Abstract: This article examines the possibility to promote students’ progress assessment in evaluating intercultural competences. The article starts with a debate about the premises of intercultural education in initial teachers’ training programmes in universities and it is investigating the role various evaluation models: initial, continuous or progressive and terminal or the final one. The findings on intercultural competences’ assessment are discussed contrasting two models - initial and final one – applied at two universities in Oradea and Arad, and at different stages of teacher training modules. The qualitative and quantitative analysis are based on the paradigm of grounded theory, the cases chosen represents only illustrations of the theoretical framework intended to be built-up. In the concluding part it is argued that the formative assessment should not be seen as the measure of learning but as an integrated part of learning process. It is argued that a formative evaluation strategy should be reframed and developed. Consequently, the initial, continuous and final assessment strategies should be seen as tools for developing students’ intercultural competencies.

Educaţia interculturala– modalitate de depasire a barierelor de interrelationare
Abstract: In order to design eficient learning experiences, within the intercultural education domain, we are considering necesary, to emphasis the needs and perceptions on different subcultures. In this acception, as part of workshop activities, it was solicited to distinguish some specific features and perceptions of ethnical groups, put in the situation to live together, future beneficiary of the cultural educative intentions.
